At Valence Health Co., your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our health and wellness products, we only accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken safety seals
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or clearance items (unless required by applicable law)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send products back without prior authorization, as they may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise required by law.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your financial institution or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing or shipment.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
